Welcome!

Thank you for your interest in Sacred Heart Parish School and it would be my pleasure to have you join our community. Educating students in the Hollister community for over 100 years, Sacred Heart Parish School is one of the most time-honored schools in the Diocese of Monterey.

In preparing students for tomorrow’s world, we provide a foundation, which begins in our Preschool Program. Starting in the early years, we teach to the whole person through strong academics while building upon the child’s moral development. The child learns through creative play, while we help foster his or her social and emotional development and readiness.

Progressing through the grades, our education is defined by rigorous academics, character development, and service learning in the context of the greater community.

Supplemental to our core curriculum, we provide music, physical education, technology, and Spanish, which reflects our commitment to teaching to the whole person. Through such teaching and learning evolves a student who will be able to look at life from a well-informed, creative, analytical, and ethical perspective.

We believe these are all hallmarks of a well-defined, moral, intellectual, and holistic Catholic education.

Application Checklist

Your application will not be considered until the 'el owing items have been received by the office:

• Application (Both sides completed)
• Application Fee
• Birth Certificate
• Baptismal Certificate (Catholics)
• Current immunization Records

And for students in Grades 1 - 8:

• Copies of Report Cards
  (last 2 years from Grades 2 - 8)
• Copies of any Standardized Test
  (Last 2 years from Grades 2 - 8)
