Q: What is the Board of Limited Jurisdiction?
A: Members of the BOLJ are advocates for the school. The board is made up of community members, parishioners, parents, alumni, PASS President, the principal, and clergy. The board is responsible for:
- Policy formulation or guidance;
- Strategic and long-range planning;
- Institutional advancement;
- Financial oversight and assistance with the preparation and monitoring of the school budget and long-range financial plan;
- Evaluation, including:
- Board self-evaluation;
- Evaluation of policies and plans;
- Participation in the evaluation of the principal;
- Marketing, Development, and Communication

Q: When does the Board meet?
A: The board meets the last Wednesday of every month at 5:30 PM in the school library, with some exceptions.
Q: Am I allowed attend a Board meeting?
A: Yes, all are invited to attend. If you would like information about our next meeting, please contact Rachel McKenna for details on how to attend.
