Sacred Heart Parish School Early Childhood Program

Sacred Heart Parish School is proud to offer families a comprehensive early childhood program designed to meet the social, emotional, and educational needs of the whole child. The preschool program presents a cohesive curriculum that work together to prepare our children for transitional kindergarten and beyond.

The philosophy of the program is to provide students with a Christ-centered loving and nurturing Catholic environment in which they are allowed to develop at their own individual pace. The program provides students with the opportunity for learning through self-directed exploration as well as teacher-guided activities and lessons.

The curriculum includes Handwriting without Tears, Stories of God’s Love, and Math Their Way, in addition to exploration and play. Please click on the links below to see the ways in which play and exploration help your child's development:

Afternoon Discovery Program

In addition, Sacred Heart Parish School offers an afternoon program daily from 12-3pm for early childhood students. This program is designed for preschool students only and is run by the preschool director. Students will be provided with play and rest periods. Teacher-designed activities will support and expand on our early childhood curriculum. Students bring their own lunch.

Before and After School Care Program

Sacred Heart Parish Preschool provides your family with quality care for your child after school. After school care is from 3pm-6pm. This includes playtime, organized activities, and snack.
